Brandi Joffrion is a Colorado-licensed attorney who serves as Board Counsel for the Board of Certified Haircolorists (BCH). With experience spanning litigation, estate planning, and business formation, she brings a practical, risk-aware lens to governance and decision-making. Brandi is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Tax Law and teaches as a professor, known for translating complex legal concepts into clear guidance that people can actually use.

Before focusing her work on entrepreneurs and organizations, Brandi built a strong foundation in litigation and later oversaw anti–money laundering compliance for an overseas law firm, sharpening her attention to regulatory detail, documentation, and the realities of operating across evolving rules.

In addition to her consulting and counsel work, she provides document review, opinion letters, and in-house counsel support, which aligns well with the day-to-day needs of a working board.
