Camie Parsons, CEO and creator of IUVENI, has blended decades of hands-on experience with advanced scientific study to transform hair repair innovation. After earning her cosmetology certification in 1995, she spent over a decade behind the chair before pursuing higher education, earning her bachelor’s degree in 2010 and a master’s in chemistry in 2020.

Her graduate research focused on the in vivo degradation of melanin through light catalyzed reactive oxygen species (ROS), deepening her understanding of the science behind hair damage.
