Deborah Ralston’s passion for hairstyling began in childhood and has evolved into a successful 30-year career in the beauty industry. A salon owner, educator, and Board Certified Haircolorist, Deborah is dedicated to elevating the craft through education and mentorship.

After thoughtful consideration, she pursued Board Certification to further refine her technical expertise and deepen her understanding of color science. Along with serving as an assessor for the Board of Certified Haircolorists, Deborah also owns and operates Details Salon in Geneva, NY, where she works full-time behind the chair. Both of these roles allow her to share her experience and support the next generation of professionals.
