

Marta Robinson is the Certification Development and Education Liaison for the Board of Certified Haircolorists and has been a Board Certified Haircolorist since 2011. She has 22 years of experience behind the chair and for the past 10 years has owned a commission salon in Indiana, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to advancing education, professionalism, and technical excellence in the haircolor industry.
A lifelong learner and passionate educator, Marta has worked within the education network for both Beth Minardi Signature and Joico. She played a pivotal role in the passage of Apprenticeship legislation in Indiana in 2023, creating new pathways for aspiring professionals to pursue licensure through the state’s Apprentice-to-License program.
Marta is a certified Great Lengths Extensionist and has honed her precision cutting skills at the Vidal Sassoon Academy. Her career education has spanned from California to New York, creating a blend of technical mastery, creative artistry, and a dedication to strengthening the professional development of stylists nationwide.
Through her leadership with BCH and her ongoing mentorship within her local community, Marta continues to shape the next generation of hair professionals, ensuring the industry thrives on knowledge, integrity, and technical excellence.
