Pamela Pacheco is a passionate Learning Leader and Cosmetology Educator with over 48 years in the beauty industry and 36 years in the classroom. Throughout her career, she has remained deeply committed to elevating the standards of cosmetology and haircolor education while creating meaningful, real-world learning experiences for students and professionals at every stage.

Known for her ability to connect hands-on practice with education, Pam brings clarity, thoughtfulness, and genuine mentorship to everything she does. She currently serves on the Board of Certified Haircolorists as an Experience Liaison, where she shares her decades of industry and educational experience to support certification excellence and professional growth.

Prior to this role, Pamela spent 17 years as an Evaluator for the American Board of Certified Hair Colorists, where she assessed advanced technical work and provided supportive, constructive feedback to professionals striving for mastery in haircolor. Pam is also the creator of a state-approved bloodborne pathogens education program, including an instructional training video designed to promote safety, awareness, and confidence in the salon environment.
