This dynamic, demonstration-driven class focuses on sharpening visual analysis, strengthening formulation decisions, and understanding cause-and-effect in haircolor—so you can avoid disasters and work with intention and confidence.
Throughout the day, six live models will be completed, showcasing real-time problem solving, corrective thinking, and intentional color design.
Gary Call will also be in the class, offering expert perspective grounded in extensive professional experience

Participants will:
- Complete an in-depth color session focused on precision highlighting
- Learn how the Board of Certified Haircolorist requires mannequins to be prepared for the BCH Certification Assessment
- Practice a BCH quadrant challenge technique: the Highlight Retouch
- Execute the highlight retouch on a mannequin with guided educator support
This day gives you hands-on exposure to a key technique used in the Board of Certified Haircolorist Certification process…making it ideal for stylists preparing for certification or anyone ready to technically level up.
